Shipping
Germany
For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 40.00 EUR, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
Austria
For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 8.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 40,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.
Switzerland and Lichtenstein
The shipping to Liechtenstein and Switzerland costs a flat rate of 8.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 40,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.
Customs fees to Switzerland are charged on delivery by DHL on behalf of Swiss customs. The fees are based on the items ordered. If you have any questions about customs fees, please contact Swiss Customs directly.
Other countries EU
For delivery we charge a flat rate of 8.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 40.00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.
Other countries NOT EU
For delivery to non-EU countries, we charge a flat rate of 18.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 100.00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery
Orders (weekdays) until 1pm (prepayment) are usually shipped on the same business day.
Note: In the event of an increased order situation, the delivery time may be approximately 3 to 5 working days. When ordering by prepayment (bank transfer), the shipment will be made after receipt of payment. Depending on the credit institution, the receipt of payment of a bank transfer can take 2-4 business days.
DPD needs for delivery about 1-3 business days within Germany, for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland about 3-5 business days. On longer delivery times the parcel service provider has to answer for, we have no influence.
For security reasons can not be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
Transport damages
Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately.
Return
Within 14 days of receipt, you can easily and conveniently, at your own expense, return the item to us.After this period, a return is no longer possible. In case of defect or wrong delivery of the product, caused by the delivery, the product can be returned free of charge.
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving your package.

2. Give up your return
Take your package to a branch of DPD.
3. Receive your refund
It is best to keep the return receipt issued. After package receipt, we will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days.
