Apple Pay

Apple Pay is Apple's own payment method available to all Apple users in more than 35 countries. It works within the Wallet app, where a consumer places their payment cards. Therefore, the actual payment method depends on the cards that are placed in the Wallet app. Currently, only credit cards are supported. The wallet app stores all the details and settings of the various payment cards it contains. The payment is completed with a fingerprint or a facial scan. Thus, Apple Pay complies with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) provisions set out in the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).

Bancontact

Bancontact is a common payment method in Belgium.

Bank transfer

You pay for the goods with the account information we send you by e-mail. The goods will be reserved or ordered immediately after we receive your order. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. If the goods are from a foreign warehouse, they will be ordered only after receipt of payment. You have a 12-day payment period. Important: Please always indicate the order number and your name as reason for payment. Only after receipt of payment your delivery will leave our warehouse.

eps-Überweisung

eps-Überweisung is a secure online payment system for consumers in Austria. With eps-Überweisung, you pay for your purchase in the familiar and secure environment of your online banking.

Credit card

You pay the goods with your MasterCard or VISA. Note: Your credit card will be charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of order. In case of cancellation, we will credit the amount back to your credit card or record the amount as a credit to your customer account. For the payment you have to indicate the owner name, the credit card number, the validity date as well as the security check number during the order. The amount will be provided by the credit card company and then billed to you. Please note that your data is protected by secure 128-bit encryption and is processed by the largest payment system provider.

PayPal

WithPayPal any business or private customer with an email address can send and receive payments online securely, conveniently and inexpensively. This is due to the special way in which our payment concept is linked to bank accounts and credit cards. Thus, the PayPal network provides a worldwide real-time payment solution.

iDEAL

iDEALis a common payment method in the Netherlands.

Giropay

All you need to pay online with giropay is a checking account at your Volksbank Raiffeisenbank. This account must be activated for online banking. If you choose giropay as your payment method, you will be taken directly to your secure online banking.

Invoice - Pay later

The principle is simple: You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop relaxed, complete your order and check the products at home.

Invoice - Ideal Payment AG Switzerland

If you are a new customer and want to pay us by invoice, we subject your household to an external credit check. If the result is positive, invoices are available to you as a payment option. We will send you the invoice by e-mail. You can also find it in your customer account.

Credit assessment and scoring: Next Level Foods B.V. reserves the right to obtain credit information about the customer to protect its own interests in the context of the purchase transaction and may forward customer data to third parties for this purpose. For this purpose, the personal data required for a credit check (first name, surname and address data) will be transmitted to an external credit agency. CRIF AG, Hagenholzstrasse 81, 8050 Zurich, carries out a corresponding assessment of the creditworthiness and credit standing based on mathematical-statistical procedures. The information obtained on the statistical probability of a payment default is included in the decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. The creditworthiness check is carried out in compliance with the relevant provisions of data protection law and with particular regard to your interests that are worthy of protection. Please note that only CRIF AG, can provide information about what data was used to calculate their credit profile.

Purchase on account/reminder fees: The invoice is payable within 10 days. The invoice is paid on time if the amount owed is in the recipient's account up to and including the last day of the payment period. If the payment deadline is not met and no fixed expiry date has been agreed, the customer will be put in default of payment by means of a reminder. In the event of late payment, the defaulting customer will be charged an interest rate of 5% plus reminder fees of CHF 20.00.

If the claim is not settled even after delivery of a second/third reminder, Next Level Foods B.V. reserves the right to assign the claim to third parties or to commission the collection of the claim at the expense of the customer. Legal prosecution/collection costs in the event of late payment: The amount of the legal prosecution/collection costs is calculated on the basis of the outstanding claim:

Transfer of personal data: Your personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery or the corresponding financial service provider within the framework of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery or payment of the goods.
